Minster Court Information.

Minster Court formerly Myrtle Gardens is an award winning estate here in Liverpool.

It was redeveloped in 1983 By Barrat Urban Renewal.

Minster Court is ideally situated very close to the Universities the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, the Women's Hospital, it's a ten minute walk to the City Centre, and a five minute walk to Hardman Street/Hope Street, the Royal Philharmonic Hall, and the Everyman Theatre.

Minster Court has been under new management since January 2003 after the departure of the infamous Leeds based property management company Regent Management. Work is now well underway on upgrading the estate after many years of neglect by the former managing agent.

Parking in Minster Court is free, a permit system is in operation.

A visitor parking area has been allocated at the rear of Minster Court.

Temporary visitors passes can be obtained at the gate lodge or by prior arrangement.

Security in Minster Court is a high priority, the management have installed a number of hi-specification surveillance cameras to cover all the estate. This is monitored from the gate lodge 24 hours a day.

Manned security is present in Minster Court.
