We hope you enjoy living in Minster Court, and ask for your cooperation in making our environment a nice place in which to live, in order to achieve this we ask that all house hold refuse is bagged and placed in the bins provided, (please cut up cardboard boxes) recycling bins are placed around the estate.
Some careless people are discarding refuse bags on the floor of the bin area, this stops residents gaining access and encourages vermin.
The refuse areas are not to be used for discarding unwanted household furniture, white goods, TV's etc please contact our onsite manager Mr Degg for details of how to dispose of such items Tel- 0151 709 7622 if you dispose of such items on the estate
We also ask that no oils, fats, grease, disposaable nappies be disposed of down the sinks, toilet or outside drains, disposal in such away will result in blocking the drains and cause severe disruption to residents, clearing blocked drains is an expensive cost to the estate and has to be funded by service charge.
Any resident who is found to have blocked the drains in the manner as explained will be billed accordingly.
If you refurbish you property please be aware that the are no facilities within the estate for disposal of building rubble/waste, furniture, and wrappings of any sort.
Before engaging a contractor you must make the contractor aware that you and the contractor are responsible for the removal of such materials

Visitors to Minster Court can obtain a 24 hour renewable permit from the Security Gate Lodge, the issuing of parking permits for visitors is purely up to the discretion of the management Company.
