Work started on the estate soon after the departure of Regent Management. 

With the  painting of the  railings around the estate to the entrance of the estate,  lamp posts where also painted along with thousands of pounds worth of general repair work, including lots of hidden work, sewers/roof repairs.

 As an added security measure C.C.T.V. has been installed on the estate.

The gate Lodge owned by Regent (Sold to them by Barratt for a pound) and later rented to Minster Court for £5,000 per year, it is now owned  by Minster Court Management, Liverpool Ltd , and has now been fully  refurbished

The main entrance gate has been refurbished and electronically controlled.
